Care

We want our children to care about themselves, others, our school, community and wider world. We want them to translate this into action – making positive choices and doing things to show they care and make things better.

We want our children to have high aspirations in all areas of their lives. We want them to aim high both now and for their future.

Succeed

All children should achieve success and school should empower them to do this. Children succeed in different in different ways. We recognise and celebrate all forms of success.  

Values

At Swinnow, children learn about 'British Values' in a way that is appropriate to their age. This is done through assemblies, circletime, PSHE lessons and our everyday interactions with children. We focus on values such as co-operation, caring, equality and respect.
